   This project relies on volunteers. The core group is very committed and highly motivated but we need all sorts of help.

    First and foremost on the list is money. Any amount will be welcomed, but we have set up Membership Levels for you to become a "Friend" as well.

The Friends of the Leonard Brown House at Glen Farm, Inc. is a non-profit, community organization [501(c)(3)]. Donations to us are tax deductible.

"Naming Opportunities":  for memorial and other honors. 

A door is $300.  A window is $500. The Front Porch itself is available!

Friends of the Brown House is now part of Clements' Market's donation program. Please save your Clements' register receipts for us! Bring them to any event at the Brown House or just make out an envelope to save them in, when it is full, mail them to Friends of the Brown House, 2200 East Main Rd., Portsmouth, 02871

    Next is your time. Do you have any skills in construction/renovation - carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating, painting, etc.? Can you donate materials? What about landscaping or gardening? Can you push a broom, pick up debris, rake?

    Do you have any history or connection to the house? Photographs, stories to tell - let us know.
