A sell out (150 dinners, max so the dance floor is not crowded) means lower future dance prices. Excess funds will roll over to the other dances on the same schedule. If funds always cover a minimum prepaid 150 dinners, members prices will be as low as possible and non member prices will add to our dance "kitty."

From the "kitty" we will create more dances based on members' recommendations. Again, as long as funds are available to prepay 150 tickets for each upcoming dance.

A report of finances from each dance will be available upon request showing where the money comes from and goes to.

Until we have revenues left over from one dance to the next to create Internet forms, we're working Skip's way with paper forms and checks made out to and mailed to:

7 PM – Buffet Dinner - Choices include: Garden Salad, Cape Cod Chicken, Penne and Pesto with Garden Vegetables, Seafood Newburg with White Rice, Chocolate Mousse
Recorded music for dinner and dancing between band’s sets by Joe Souza.
8 PM – 11:30 PM Dancing to the Artie Cabral 5 Piece Dance Band

• Couples and singles are welcome – Singles seated with dance hosts & hostesses.
• Seating is limited to insure adequate dance space.

NOTICES: Naval Station Gate Security will check everyone for photo ID’s and proof of current vehicle insurance against our guest list submitted.

Overnight Accommodations call Mainstay Inn, Best Western, (401) 849-9880, 151 Admiral Kalbus Road, Rt 138, Newport which is just outside the Naval Station, Gate 1 to the Officers’ Club. Ask for the Dance "Special Rate of $89.10 plus tax instead of the regular rate of $99 plus tax for that weekend. Rooms are on a space available basis only. After dinner reservations only - admission after 8:00 PM
As always, after dinner guests may attend the lesson. However, the upstairs lounge is closed and dinner time seating for after dinner guests assigned near the bar.
Members request after dinner reservations @ $15 per person.
Non-Members request after dinner reservations @ $25 per person.
